As a member of the NoD Coworking community, you agree to the following rules:

Rules for Everyone:

Coworking is built on 5 core values:

– Community
– Collaboration
– Openness
– Sustainability
– Accessibility

Respect each other and respect the space. Coworking works best when we all share mutual respect for each other. Therefore we have zero tolerance for disrespect. If you are observed disrespecting the space or disrespecting a member or a staff member, you will be asked to leave and your membership will be suspended.

Phone calls. Everyone is welcome to make phone calls – please be considerate of your neighbors and take your calls to the phone booth, kitchen, or reserve a conference room to keep the noise level down in open coworking area.

Coffee. Keep the machines clean, rinse your dishes, throw out your pods, make a new pot if you finish one, and chip in to our coffee fund if you’re an addict!

Internet. Don’t abuse the internet – since we are all sharing one network we ask that members do not download or stream for long periods of time. In the event that the internet is down, please contact a member of the NoD staff and report the issue.

Head phones. Do not disturb people who are wearing headphones on both ears. If someone has one ear open, that is the signal that they are approachable. This way we can maintain a sense of personal space without having cubicles and walls.

Events. For non-members using the space for events: you break it, you buy it. If any equipment or furniture is damaged by your event’s attendees, you are responsible for replacing the item. The event space must be returned to its original condition at the end of every event. NoD’s partner organizations host events occasionally on evenings and weekends which are free and open to all NoD members.

Conference Rooms. Members can reserve up to 10 hours of conference room time per week. The conference room must be returned to its original condition at the end of every meeting.

Rules for Day Pass Users:

The day pass gets you access to the space from 8AM – 6PM.

Rules for Coworking Space Members:

The Standard Coworking Membership gets you access to the space 24/7 using the Members Entrance.

Rules for Private Office Members:

Private Office Members get access to the space and to their office(s) 24/7 using the Members Entrance.

Rules for Dedicated Desk Members:

Dedicated Desk Members get access to the space 24/7 and may permanently set up equipment on their desks.

Rules for Guests:

Guests must check in at the Visitors Entrance Front Desk and sign in before entering the space for meetings and events.

I hereby authorize NoD permission to use my likeness in a photograph or video in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all NoD’s printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeness will become property of NoD and will not be returned.

In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph or video.
